It has been raining for DAYS and because of the standing water Adam's TSX might be ruined. He drove it through a deep puddle on base and (we think) hydro-locked it. In between my double, I drove home to help try and jump start the TSX and saw a bunch of other cars that had stalled out. Sometime in the next couple of days, an adjuster will come out and figure out how much damage has been done to the car.
In other news, my toe is feeling MUCH better and thank goodness for that because I have ANOTHER double tomorrow! Saturday morning is our inspection and that afternoon I go into work (ugh, AGAIN) to do training bookwork for one of our new hires and then....
FLORIDA VS. ALABAMA!!
Sunday I go back to the Bird, although I can't complain. At least I'm getting hours.
I am exhausted and we have NO groceries so I'm about to brave the elements in search of delicious non-McDonalds type fast food. Wish me luck, and a sound sleep later.
